Policy: Cancellations must be received and confirmed by Orokonui Ecosanctuary staff with 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply. Guided tours will proceed rain or shine, Orokonui Ecosanctuary reserves the right to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions.
Payment Policy: Your credit card is required for payment and confirmation of your tour. Deductions will be made from your credit card upon receipt of booking. Credit card details are transmitted over a secure link.
Terms & Conditions: This is an outdoor walking tour which will depart rain or shine, please ensure that you have comfortable walking shoes and that you are dressed suitably for the weather conditions. For safety reasons visitors must follow the instruction of the guide at all times.

Tour Instructions: Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your tour. Once the tour has left the Visitor Centre you will be unable to join the group. Visitor amenities: Café, toilets, coach parking, interpretive visitor centre, souvenir shop, luggage storage, disability access to facilities and 300m of tracks.
